This sounds great!

I see your point, but it ain’t going to be Oceania. More likely Vietnam, Turkey or LCL. Oceania can’t hang with the other minor regions (and has been absolutely destroyed by NA every time they met, the worst Major region).
Man, I ended up watching VODs of it and had it spoiled for me who would win, but that was still one of the most intense series I’ve watched. Glad Uzi got his trophy, and that someone other than Korea won. Now if NA could get its collective head in the game...
Live in eastern NC and my son starts Kindergarten in the fall. A lot of my wife’s high school friends are teachers in our district, and some of the stories they share are just adding on to the usual parental anxiety of a kid starting school. Doesn’t help I live in probably the reddest part of the state either. I wish…
As a Panthers fan, I look forward to him forcefully stripping the team and its players of any personality. How dare they have fun while working? I’m sure he never had any fun while demeaning his employees and scamming people out of their hard earned money? Uh, sorry. Allegedly demeaning his employees and scamming…
*Sees that it’s still an EA game*
I don’t think some of these guys realize their smugness hurts their message. Every time I get one of my hardcore-right friends or family to even slightly change their opinion on anything science related, NDT, Bill Nye, Elon Musk, or any of these other popular scientists says something so fucking smug that the only…
I’ve stopped playing specific games with my 5-year-old (Mario, Trials, Donkey Kong). He’s actually gotten further than I ever did, and when he wants help, I just get frustrated.
Oh man. I remember those music videos on TBN. Growing up in a heavily religious home in the South with somewhat overbearing parents, Christian Rock was the closest thing I could do to teenage rebellion. On the bright side, that led me into Christian Metal, which lead to secular (?) Metal, so I guess I came out OK?…
Fell off the Assassin’s Creed wagon after Black Flag (for no real reason other than life got in the way). Started over from the first one last December. Used copies of Revelations and III came in the mail today, so I’m picking that back up again.
I was one of those hoping we would get a modern-day installment with Desmond as a fully-trained badass.
The more extensive an Assassin’s Creed’ game’s modern day sequences, the happier I am.
My wife was playing it while I was at work today. This was our text conversation.
Anytime someone is nice to me in Overwatch or LoL, I automatically assume they are being passive-aggressive. The communities have just primed me to expect exorbitant amounts of shit from my teammates. It’s why I mostly just play /mute all.

What’s funny is that XIV’s predecessor, FFXI, had THIS EXACT SYSTEM. And Yoshi-P, the director, was XI’s director before moving over to XIV.
Huni and Peanut were obviously the problem.
It seems especially rash in light of the whole “building for long-term.” Nobody expected them to win a ton of games with the roster they have. Honestly, with no more relegation, they could have rode out this split, and started building for the next.
Slightly off topic, but as a vet, I find it odd that we have to inject ourselves into everything (yes, I see the irony here). I get that this is a miltary(ish) game, but why did the Air Force have to send someone to present the award? Why did the announcer have to make a big deal about “supporting our troops”? Why is…
