Mid 14s quarter mile is pretty darn quick. Especially considering that it can haul 7 people and luggage as well. 0-60 is a bit slow for that quarter mile time, but like you said, it is a heavy vehicle.

We just picked up an ‘11 ecoboost flex and for its size along with the aerodynamics of a shoe box, the thing has definitely got some go to it.

I DD an EcoBoost Flex. Can confirm power, room, and flexible interior for hauling things. And mine is boring silver, so it doesn’t stand out at all.

These things are not fast. I’ve smoked two in my V6 Mustang, from a dig even! A quick look online puts 0-60 is low 6s and quarter mile in mid 14s, so not surprising really.

There is a silver one running around the Auburn Hills, MI area that is flat out nasty. Like ate up a Viper in the 1/8th nasty. Runs mid to low 12s

Also immensely practical for whatever you’re hauling - people, cargo, whatever. With the seats down will fit a twin mattress, no problem. As much headroom as a body on frame SUV, but low enough that a toddler can easily climb into it.
