Actually, I just found out that Ultimate includes GP for PC and Xbox along with Gold for Xbox... So I would like to retract my complaint. Definitely a decent deal.

I there a reason we need to compare the two the food industry isn’t like tech. This isn’t Uber vs Lyft or Facebook vs Twitter. Plenty of games, and even Pokemon itself, discuss these issues but it is “hidden” behind fantasy or science fiction elements. So it’s fine if an alien falls in love with a human and they have an interspecies romance, but the same fan would never fathom being ok with same sex marriages.
