My biggest issue driving a RHD car was banging my head on the window when I went to start it. Apparently I duck my head pretty far to the right to make solid visual contact with the key hole before inserting key and firing up. In RHD car, bonk.

Me... I’d punch the clutch, yank the door handle, and fall out on the ground.

Also a former valet - we actually didn’t give out tickets to some regulars and people with high value cars who wanted to feel special. Key to this though is remembering what the customers look like.
