Not completely unrelated, but I was able to achieve a similar “teeth focus” effect with two different Camaros...in Forza.

Just purchased one. Noise cancelling cancels out the drone but little else. Music is tinny and only has semblances of bass if you use the right EQ setting. Will stick to my $70 studio monitor headphones, which may still have cords and no ANC but sound great. Or my $15 Sony earbuds.
