Other than Sony announcing a PS3 bundled with GTAV, nope. Rockstar doesn't always show their face at E3.
I think the main reason they don't make those games available on PC is the fact that it would detract from sales on the Xbox. Halo's considered a system seller, and it wouldn't necessarily remain that way if they released it for PC as well.
This is true. It can go either way since both platforms have exclusivity on some great games. It depends on what the player's into.
If DRM works the same way on consoles, so be it. That's not going to matter - it's the games that the consoles will have the upper hand on compared to the PC.
