What do crash test ratings have to do with off road capability? And since when is curb weight and end all either? K5 weighs well over 3800 pounds but you discounted it.

On what planet does an S10 Blazer not have similar offroad capability to an XJ? Locking rear diff, ground clearance, torquey six. Doesn't have the optimal (for rock crawling anyway) straight front axle, but other than that.
go troll elsewhere
Not as much as you'd expect. Suburbans still had 'em beat. I am a loader at a lumber yard, nothing I've seen beats a Suburban. Tahoes handily beat Expeditions, and the Lincoln Navigator is the least spacious SUV ever conceived.
Not long enough. I own a Blazer, which is even better (tinted windows as well factory, more space, ground clearance and similar off road cred) but if you're taller than 5'10" you can forget it.
Ignoring? Jesus fuck, every story relating to the C7 has a bunch of jalop commentors bitching about it.
Nah, Grosjean and Checo would set a record :D Button is clean enough.
When in doubt, flat out.
Girlfriend has an 03 Alero with the 3.4L. Actually quite good car for being a FWD GM hatchback of the 90s basically. Excepting cooling system issues, the motor is great. Pulls hard for a 3.4L. sounds good for a V6. Hers has 140k on it and doesn't leak a drop of anything.
I don't get the olds Alero joke lol, see them here constantly..?
GM never marketed it as a supercar or supertruck...
Stylish? those are looks only a mother could love bud.
Glad Jalopnik is continuing pushing the bar lower. At least drive it first.
typo on "usableback seat"
Did y'all really just cite a powerTV site? new low.
want a cookie?
I thought of that but you'd think it'd be a bear to balance with batteries.
GT500 got smoked around the track by the ZL1 and it has far less horsepower.
I'm wondering how they even work...surely the wheels don't have power going to them...
