It sounds a bit like Civilization with each individual theme for each player/character. If so, the ability to use the anti-villain to thwart your opponents will definitely make this more of a friendship ruining type of game... or pull it out at the next eat family gathering and see what happens. 

The simple fact this is based on a non-weight bearing plantarflexed ankle (and likely forefoot) will make this a pain in the posterior for anyone with a flexible or semi-rigid foot structure.
