Has anyone asked Cummins or Kohler about using rotaries in their generators?  I’m guessing they would’ve evaluated this engine design long ago, if it had a whiff of merit.  They are still using large, simple piston engines that run reliably for years and years.  In super wide ranges of temperature and with fuel that…

It was easy enough to fix...just took out the entire engine...

This isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement. They are prone to self-destruct over and over…but after a while you get really good at fixing them. lol
