I would normally agree with you... but she showed no empathy towards the cyclist once he made her away of his presence. She was more than happy to cruise next to him and continue endangering him for her own pride. She needed a lesson.

I find more of that passive-aggression outside of cities. In the city, nobody has time to take gaps and merges personally. I find I always get let in.
The rider was not wrong, for any reasons. Zero. She was NEVER in possession of that lane. His getting angry might have compromised his own safety, but don’t act like they were partners here.
This is how you do it.
He did you and I a favor... I guarantee she’ll notice the next motorcyclist she comes across in traffic. She might rage-kill the next one, but she’ll see him/her.
Thats true. FCA is being held to the fire because the stakes are higher for a shift lever. Apple puts out bad designs too, I don’t mean it as an insult.
I don’t drive anything newer than 1969. So no, I’ve never had a sensor or module go bad. In 2016 (or 2014 in your case), cars are appliances. I know people hate the nannying, I do too. Drive an older car.
It solves the issue. What’s stupid about that?
Modern oils are actually not ideal for pre catalytic cars.
“automatically goes to Park when a door is opened...”
Yeah, I think maybe you don’t have enough experience with old cars. These cars are still good for the purposes they were engineered for.
Motorcycle demo derby exists, and there are definitely jet engine cars out there, Jay Leno posted a JLG on his.
“I’m also a designer”. I find that very, very hard to believe. You wouldn’t make it through a focus group with your attitude.
On point by saying “beta”. This is no different than updating a piece of software to improve the interaction.
I don’t misunderstand. I’m a designer. I’d have my ass handed to me for a usability issue like this. The original iPhone was incredibly intuitive and people adapted quickly, other models didn’t do as well right away. Regardless, the stakes are different for a phone. We wouldn’t be here on this article if the design…
You misunderstand... if enough people are having trouble interacting with a product, it’s poorly designed. It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are. Good design is easy to understand.
They are paying to correct a design error.
@yahoo is the PT cruiser of email addresses.
Unless you are in the Mojave desert and haven’t seen another human in 48 hours. In that case, you might not want to drive your VW Thing down what looks like a hard-pack dirt road but is actually a sand pit.
“I’d still daily a Corvair.”
