There were several celebrity actors who were made-up to be unrecognizable in the 1961 John Huston film THE LIST OF ADRIAN MESSENGER. Among them: Burt Lancaster, Frank Sinatra, Kirk Douglas (who has a fairly substantial role in the make-up) and Tony Curtis.
