You do not need a separate display for the rear view camera, the display can be in the rearview mirror like many cars already had back in early 2010s.

Godwings had a version with EFI (PGM-FI, probably :) ) for 2 years, I think in ‘85 and ‘87. Then went back to carbs until new model GL1800 in ‘00.

Booooring.... For my kids replaced the battery with 2x 18Ah batteries added scooter controller with variable accelerator pedal and so on... Top speed depending on the model (my kids have more cars [power wheels] than I do) is 8-10 mph. Run time is about 2 hours, that makes 16-20 miles range, I guess...

1980 Mercedes 500SLC aka “homologation special”. Aluminum body panels, gray market import, high compression engine. Looked like a barn find in one of insurance auctions, cheapened out and was out bid by not that much. Still kicking myself of missing a chance to have one in my garage.

At this point it all depends on the condition. In ‘71 they lost some HP due to the lower compression ratio, but gained better gearbox, better rear end some body updates.

Actually, Opel ran out of single color taillights for GT in 1973 so had to switch to Manta taillights until end of production.

We have M5 Grand Touring, the one with the leather seats. The problem is that the leather is perforated, so the “moisture” still gets inside and is quite hard to clean.

I second Mazda5 choice. We have one in our household and are very happy with it. Did MazdaSpeed3 front brakes, rear JB Racing sway bar and it corners better than my Audi. I will not discuss rust issues while living in Chicagoland....
