Despite being against the AB-prescribed Natural Order of Lists, this is a good list. You got the top 3 absolutely right.

I expect those on my desk by 3PM today!

No longer the top - it’s case 13-3853, Notre-Dame V Burwell, the opinion written by Posner.

I don’t understand why everyone is shitting on this. It’s a great summer beer for drinking outside. Drink this on the 4th of July - it’s the perfect fit.

I’d never even heard of this thing until today when an ad for it came up on Pandora. Why does this exist? I can’t imagine the world needs this and the VMAs to exist. I don’t really see the point of either, but surely we don’t require both?

If the final strike gets away from the pitcher, the batter can try to run to first and has to be thrown out. I like to think of it as stealing first.

Will, this is one of the best lists on here. Every choice is a good one, they’re all within reason, and I’m 100% sure they will all work. Plus, this super pumped me up for a relaxing weekend.

‘Cause the Supreme Court is Jesus and our Elections are a Temple?

I used to be part of this local softball league that listed game scores in alphabetical by team name. It was maddening.

Now playing

Live at the Regal - 1965. Some great stuff in here.

I can’t get over that he described a 97-102 score with 5:30 left as being “down to 6 with 7 minutes remaining.”

Great post! Now do one about how to avoid your friends who plaster their social media feeds with this shit.

Must not be a Cubs follower, last I heard they were dumb ass-fans.

Because it’s awesome.

As someone elsewhere pointed out, girl-on-the-left uses her teeth as a shield and is a dirty rotten cheater:

“Obviously, there’s not as much that you can do to baseballs,” Los Angeles Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson said . “I mean, you can’t change the density of the baseball at any point — unless you dunk them in water. Then they’re going to be 9 ounces, and everyone’s going to blow their arms out.”

I too am tired of this DC mayor supporting race-based gravestones.

Pulls right in (or did in ‘09-’11). Driver says “10 minute break for food,” and we leave 20 minutes later.

I sincerely hope this never dies.
