I was really hoping for a Cal cameo, but the episode delivered otherwise.

When Daniel Craig was cast as James Bond, it gave us one of the best headlines ever: "I expect you to dye, Mr. Bond." Let Hiddleston or Elba take over. If Craig's content to leave after a decade as Bond, more power to him.
