Nippley.

We don't have enough onomatopoeic particles in games, more I say!

A Crysis indeed.

@Nethlem: Exactly. Of course by "this easy" they meant "easy enough for coders to spend a few days making drivers for", an appropriate but not excessive level of easy.

@madisondj: Check out his monitor at the end, barely any lag present between the depth camera input and the mapping of this data to the bird's skeleton. It strikes me that most of the lag there may be in whatever he's using to display it on the projector.

@tw0bears: Love Lost by The Temper Trap. And an awesome song it is!

How about it not taking 10 seconds to play a song when I ask it to?

@NanorH: Excellent reference.

@minimaltek: I don't think that the actors were deprived or demeaned at all. If anything it enables them to act in situations that would be physically impossible in real life. Watching that video its clear that the actor's performances were captured exquisitely, and that what we're seeing on screen is an extension of

@p4h: They'll probably also add aouch of anti-aliasing, some improved shaders, nicer particles; I doubt they'll want to turn Minecraft into a completely different game, just polish up the aesthetics and make the core "blocks" look pretty. It has been programmer art up until now after all.

@bagellord: Your post has... unforeseen consequences.

YES! Finally the ostriches killstreak!

@Tyrunn: The nice thing with our armed police as well as that you know they're the business instantly; they don't just carry loosely holstered revolvers, they patrol in pairs around airports and busy city streets etc with MP5s, they look professional. To me they act more like deterrents than anything else (although
