@RawrSpoon: Yeah was a real favourite of mine too. Very surprising how well it ported to iPhone; I spent a good few weeks of commute-to-work-time just playing that one Lynyrd Skynyrd track on guitar.

@irish_boy90: I wouldn't, but people just looking for certain maps etc might.
Considering in other games nearly all dedicated servers are rented anyway, this doesn't really mean much. If anything it means less crappy 999 ping servers from people hosting locally.
Haha, not sure why The Office is the image for this article but it made me laugh :D
@Manic0892: It sounds to me from this update that they're now thinking about slowing down on the huge updates (after the Engie update), and that this is a way of securing the longevity of the game that will entirely depend on the community itself. Valve can move employees to other games, and the community can sustain…
@Kermi: Oh ok, that wasn't what your first post said and I just skipped to my comment :P my bad! No matter how much internal/publisher QA a game goes through, nothing can prepare it for millions of people.
@Kermi: Sigh's initial point is valid. Tried making a bug free game before?
@GeneralBattuta: I think it's the best we're going to get though. I'd say a large majority of PC gamers own Steam, and short of some huge internet wide survey, this is the closest anyone's going to get to a reasonable cross-section of the PC gaming community.
Valve seem to definitely be on the ball with new input devices. First it was that crazy Novint Falcon that they added support for in all Source games, and now this. I wonder if the're thinking about utilising any of this tech in future titles.
They caught Megan Fox on a bad day lol.
@Malthian: I think that's because those titles were so hugely anticipated that the voice actors wanted to get involved because they're gamers themselves.
I really feel sorry for Treyarch. They have to sit back and watch IW get all the money/praise whilst they go back and remake the old IW games for lesser (IMO) platforms.
@Ackers thanks Brian Ashcraft: Thirded. Plus there's a pretty picture of what looks like a snowy London :P
@Chilly Hollow: I think the applications of this technology are far more prevalent in other fields; convenience obviously being the target (as is demonstrated primarily in the video). The ability to perform actions like adjusting volume on speakers, turning things on/off, and simple yes/no inputs seem like far more…
@DelianSK13: And MW and not MW2 ;) that does sound pretty fucking great though.
Labyrinth 2, Fring!, Rock Band. My personal favourites, and Labyrinth has given me over 20 hours of custom level awesomeness.
That's awesome; I played the demo from Steam and it was surprisingly enjoyable considering it's genre is aimed to towards younger people. It'll be a fun little game for the iPhone, will definitely buy it in January :)
I still think that digital downloads should add to the retail figures, similar to how digital music downloads contribute to the UK top 40 each week. I hate seeing PC being solely represented by Football Manager when sales from Steam and D2D are extremely prominent. If digital music downloads weren't counted, Rage…
I must say I much enjoy the images you choose to represent this country each week :D
Yaaaaay more games based on TV series. Woo... #prisonbreak
