@lilsamuraijoe: And the bassist too. that guy is a proper headbanger.

TF2 one is officially awesome.

It's good to see some innovative MP on consoles. Hell it might suck, but at least Schafer is actually trying something other what's predicted of consoles these days.

Guys, this tech demo was designed by programmers... No art team was involved (as said in the powerpoint slides that came with this).

@deanbmmv: True, but you'll also see comments from people that recognise the technical breakthrough here. It's a step towards photorealism; granted your average Joe isn't going to go "holy shit light bounced of walls" when they go and throw a barrel into an enemy.

@Esper mind tricks: Ever tried their level editor? That's a dev time reducer right there, compare that to the source sdk and you'll never look back.

@ottoman673: It's more to demonstrate the advanced lighting. Global illumination used to be done with baked texture maps; the fact that it's being done in realtime with shitloads of light sources is impressive.

I'm liking the "eeconomic system".

@'360 Fanboy: As others have said, don't do it for 360. Get it for PC, TF2 has none of the new and fresh updates on 360.

@WhatTheFrag: Yeah, my profile is being weird :(

Hidden pages too guys ;)

Take that Germany.

Cue lots of horrendous American stereotypes of the British people.

@sandmanfvrreturns: Activision could have given a settlement to Double Fine as they did countersue...

@XanderSan: I know... what did we ever do? :/

Wow, who'd have thought black market games would get to the forefront of a consumer society. However, just like what happened in the US with illegalising alcohol, it'll cause more problems than it solves.

Steam games; I haven't bought any disc based games for 3-4 years now.

Company of Heroes due to that oh so attractive steam sale.
