Messi Hurt; Assaulted by Math

Our anger should be towards the system. If the system doesn’t change we will continue to turn on the TVs and see the same thing.

First off let me start off by saying “ All Praise Due To The Most High.”

“ Take Charge. Take Action.”

It’s like that Gwyneth Paltrow movie, Sliding Balls.

“In cases where innocent individuals are shot by police officers”

3. The victim has a police record!

And what happened to the idea that if you’re going to be a police officer, you’re going to be putting your life on the line to serve the public? That means you sometimes have to take a risk and not fucking shoot someone just because they might pose a threat.

And, of course, carrying a licensed gun is totally legal under THE ALMIGHTY SECOND AMENDMENT which it appears all the same racist idiots are so protective of.

Apparently we here in the US have the world's most skittish cops, who are frightened of every twitch and shadow that they see. Here's an idea: if you are constantly afraid for your life, maybe being a cop isn't for you. Maybe you should try something a little more low key, like being a meter minder; empty cars rarely

What just floors me- and it shouldn’t, I should be used to it, but it does, is that there are two instant reactions I see from a certain group of people whenever these tragedies happen:

And in answer to your headline, yes, I’m afraid you will. It breaks my heart that a part of me is grateful that my son inherited his father’s light skin tone instead of my own.

The fact that he quite explicitly said it was “great” causes me to discredit yours...

Not what I said. Note my careful hedging, which I’m sincere about: “College kids wanting to play sports is great ... [there’s no benefit to] institutionalizing it at anything close to this level”.

The fact that, across the country, millions of people give a fuck about college sports beyond the level of fuck that is given about, say, a high school football game in Not-Texas, is a cancer in our society.

It’s not basically professional football. It is professional football...for everyone but the players.

Football programs, at least in the top tier of Division 1 are perfectly sustainable if they wanted to be.

This goes on at every university with a major football program. Few programs are self sustainable so the academic side subsidizes the athletic dept. When incidents like these happen, the question is always, is the investment worth it? The cost to pay a football coaches salary could endow many faculty positions or

Things Ronaldo is better at than Messi:

30 years from now, people will ask where you were on November 30th, 2015, when the Ravens beat the Browns, and the entire world will say:
