rented an audi a4 for our honeymoon and it ate a quart of oil in 2500 miles. the car was a 17 model year with 15k on the odometer. apparently this is pretty commonplace with some german cars?
have sat in the current gen mustang, camaro and challenger. can confirm that the challenger has the nicest and most comfortable interiors of the three by far. supple soft touch materials on every surface that you interact with. great use of brightworks and accent stitching as well.
the dealership model is archaic and deserves to die.
you can get an ecoboost mustang with a 6 speed and ford racing tune for 24k out the door and make 400 ft lbs of torque at the crank while maintaining your warranty.
why? because a brand-new, top trim 30k plus camry beat a rental grade base-trim camaro? not sure what the takeaway is here.
the dealership model is a cancer that tarnishes brands and deserves to die.
this is the biggest load of bullshit i have ever heard.
this is the biggest load of bullshit i have ever heard, especially considering what ford has been doing with the ecoboost mustang, focus st and fiesta st.
this is absolutely sickening.
you don’t buy this at all? really? you’re going to argue with someone thats worked in the industry for decades?

looked at this image for what felt like forever, still had to scroll to the body of the article to figure out what the problem is.
wow, surprised you had something for this.
i guarantee that this is destined for the UAE and no where else. hell we cant even get an SRT8 chrysler 300 stateside. for shame chrysler, for shame.
camaro ss convertible, although make sure to get the manual. hell, with all the hard plastics in that interior you can probably hose all the sand out.
its jarring how much better every FCA redesigned interior looks.
fiancee has the 200s with the 9-speed. clunk from R to D is very real, and the transmission makes some really questionable decisions once every few hundred miles or so, but its definitely not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It shifts decently quick, always keeps the car in the power band and the dial-shifter is…
the antithesis of chevy’s garbage ad campaign:
having a CEO publicly shit talk their own products will probably result in some lost sales too.
