He definitely makes a move toward the official but I think the actual contact may have been incidental as a result of Rhodes getting up too. Even if he did; they called him for taunting, so they can’t look back at the replay and come up with another reason. Additionally it’s not even that ref that throws the flag.

I would have been surprised if they called it a late hit, I don’t think it was egregious but from ODB’s point of view I can see him being a bit upset, and then him getting very upset when he gets flagged for taunting.
