The notion that you can now pay your way out of things like the TSA and other Patriot Act-enabled BS should tell you all you need to know about what the Patriot Act was actually intended to do.

The whole post-9/11 DHS needs to be dismantled and the departments created with DHS’s inception need to be abolished and the departments that were transferred to DHS need to be returned to the control of their original umbrella departments.
