I don’t think there’s anything that would induce the Senate GOP to impeach Trump beyond his climbing out of a Trump Suit and revealing that he’s actually been Obama in disguise all this time.

It’s not that it wouldn’t be proper, it’s that it would completely taint the whole proceeding. Did you not remember what happened with Comey? Do you not remember what happened to Strzok?

Mueller is instead basically saying “he’s guilty, you should impeach, I just can’t actually say that outright.”

You clearly weren’t listening. He said that he couldn’t indict the president because he’s the sitting president, and that you cannot use criminal justice proceedings to indict. If you want to indict, you need to go through impeachment.

I’d argue the opposite. He knows very much what he can and cannot say. He knows what Comey did when he shot the fucking gun long before appropriate and ran his mouth, imploding trust in the FBI, the CIA and had gotten us into this mess (partially) through Comey’s choices.
