A Car That Feels Feelings
mcbigmac97

As soon as I saw the title pic, I couldn’t help but feel like it could have been a modern day Subaru SVX.

Wait... What year is this? Is this another holdover from the holiday rehash of an old Jalop?

What no LT? I agree the LS is not from this decade but the LT is and in LT2 guise, ~495 hp in normally aspirated form is pretty darn good. Plus it weighs 25% less than most other V8's and is a pretty good match for the higher tech Coyote / Voodoo engine. Whoever came up with this list doesn’t know shit about engines.

Yeah I have an LS3 and a Viper and there’s no question at all which one is superior in every respect except cost and sound quality.

Chevy LGX V6 on the current Camaro.

Nah, Sorry.

The LT1 isn’t on this list, therefore it is invalid.

Im kind of shocked that the ZR1s supercharged engine and the Cadillac twin turbo motors aren't on this list, but it's a solid list nonetheless. Can I call them Honorable mentions?

The V6 & V8 from the 2010 Camaro. They moved V6s from 200 to 300 HP & V8s from 300 to 400 HP (keeping efficiencies the same) and forced other US manufacturers to catch up.

Never widely regarded as an especially good-handling car

Not going too far is why I think the Challenger has stuck around so long. They didn’t load it up with weird curves and angry bug faces, etc.

Too easy. They are testing how to get increased visibility. You can see into and out of THIS car.

I love third gens. Also, a bunch of idiots on here seem to be ignorant that most American cars were smogged to death in the 80s. Towards the end of their run third gens put out pretty damn good horsepower numbers.

She’s mine it’s got a 383 stroker with some juice

lolyeah, only GM did that.

It has a well massaged 383 stroker, Fitech EFI. Making around 420hp.

If I had a 3rd gen to build for autocross and track days, then I’d take several pages from the ICE9's Camaro.

Absolutely not wrong.

3rd generation Camaro is the best looking Camaro.
