One thing that’s always helped me is buying gifts early and stashing them.  I check my card statement twice a week so adding those in just leads to me adjusting my spending with less lunches out or whatever.  It helps, and makes the last month less stressful.

I’m saying the zero percent body fat isn’t even realistic of most elite athletes. I’m not saying couch potato but most linebackers and running backs are lean without being shredded. Video game characters dont even depict that body type which actually exists at elite levels of performance
