I assume the real price to get it back to the mainland and actually running and driving is something like $10k. A quick look around my area shows three MR2s of the same vintage, but with a manual, for less than $10k.

Man, KOTOR was a fantastic game from start to finish.  KOTOR II feels like someone wished for a sequel on a monkey’s paw, and the curse continues to this day.

A quick check of pricing on 2018 GTIs shows a price range between $22-$29.5K. This is priced near the top of the range, but it also is a top-line model with very low mileage.

Interior stripped to take a second or two off your track day time, but you are not actually racing so you could have just about as much fun with a car that had actual insides, and it would be much more enjoyable on the street.  No Dice.

I’d recommend a Lab or a Golden Retriever.

Looks like your dog hates being in a car, getting a larger vehicle will not change that.

Just a few weeks ago a 2007 example was bid up to only $34k on BaT. A similar price seems to get you a 2014 or 2015 model on the site. This is grossly overpriced for probably the worst looking MB hot wagon. 

This is beyond BaT pricing. They must be trying to rip off some idiot that thinks this is the right price for a fast wagon.

I agree with your points here. Color (at least the seats) are awful, and definitely want a manual with that v8. However, if it passes a PPI, I think $42k is fair as well and went NP.

$40k is about the bottom of the market for an Aston. Even DB7s have crept up to that price and beyond, and those are just a fancified XJ-S when Jaguar had already moved on to the XK8.

Window tint was a smart choice.

If by “the sequel it deserves” you simply meant “That game was good, it deserves a sequel!” then sure, that’s not objectionable. Suggesting that this project done by a completely random team about a different subject entirely is that sequel is almost 100% objectionable.
