If you dont like forza, and don’t mind tiny crap controllers (sorry ;)) then PlayStation is probably the place to be. And too, there are entertainment implications to be considered

Forza horizon and Motorsport are the best exclusive between the consoles. Nintendo obviously has the best in Mario, even if he isn’t what he used to be
