I disagree. In that situation, when he's busting in with a vaccuum cleaner to save Barry's ass, he's really gotta sell his confidence so Snart doesn't call his bluff. Coming up with one of his typical cheesy names is a great way of showing that. Plus Snart's reaction was perfect.
