No, my point was that he should not have forgotten his jacket. Given that he had no control over that, once he went back in, he should have left the knife and K on the table.

Obviously he made bad choices that night, but we all make bad choices now and then, but they don't add up to murder.

So, a guy calls 911 and says that he just woke up in a strange girls place an she has been stabbed 22 times, an by the way, we shared 2 kinds of drugs and there is a knife with my fingerprints an her blood on it.

Box: "I'll find the knife"

I have several problems with this episode that most people might not care about:

It is what the Pharmacist said to Stone when he couldn't get him any Viagra.

I think the point was that when Stone pushed Trevor for a name, he expected a lie, and Stone assumed that Trevor saw the name out the window right then and used that. Had they been further downtown he might have used the name Buck Star

I think its meant to say that prostitution and drug possession are the assembly line crimes and the weakest lawyers get those cases.

I think that is the point. showing that there is such a groundswell of hatred against naz, that even nancy grace is jumping in.

phone call was for the guy with the haircut incident, not the prostitute.

The call was from the guy who got the bad haircut, not the prostitute. The prostitute is a regular client and it seems that they have a regular fee arrangement.

Stone operates on the premises of who has the better story in court. He is investigating, but that is unusual for him. Chandra is either off the case or to expensive, unless she quits her job. Naz has taken a long shot and is easily looking at 40 years before his first parole hearing, if he is lucky.

He is clearly sleazy and unprofessional. we have known that from the first episode. The rebuke from the judge is the legal professions way of keeping order. all lawyers are equal in front of the bar and since lawyers take lots of criticism from outsiders (unfairly in their opinion) they will not allow the same within

so she committed suicide by stabbing herself 22 times on her bed, disposing of the knife and then going back on the bed in the same position and place as when she stabbed herself, and dying.
correct?

Assigned lawyers in NYC do not make $100k per year. more like half that after expenses. Stone is not much of a criminal lawyer, and he does not try cases much. He is a personal injury lawyer with a small criminal practice. probably makes $75k in a good year, but has no expenses.

No!! he was trying to get a confession.

Also by not taking the condoms from his backpack in his room. If he left home with the idea of sexual assault he would have take his condoms. the fact that he didn't may help Naz story one day, and the cop was not going to help in any way.
