This. Maybe instead of calling Ryan, who will be near-impossible to sway, we should try to figure out who might be willing to break ranks to go against this bullshit. They can’t ALL be committedly anti-woman and pro-cervical cancer.

Keep an eye on Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska (she hates the far right of her party, which almost took her out and she’s pro gay marriage and not at all a loon) and Sen. Susan Collins of Maine (a social liberal and pro choice). I can’t imagine they’d go along with any of this. They can still pass this with Mike Pence…
I’m still angry at people who didn’t give enough of a shit to vote, voted third party because they thought HRC was “the same” or worse than Trump, and those that voted Trump as a fun little protest vote, not thinking he’d actually be elected

Teen Vogue is killing it and I am enjoying watching all the men be like “but women who like shoes can only write about shoes! herp derp”
Also, I don’t think it’s necessarily worth sticking it to the musicians on this year’s lineup, who 1. likely do not have dealings with Anschutz and 2. have certainly signed their contracts long ago, the violation of which would likely lead to legal ramifications. Don’t go vilifying Beyoncé or Kendrick or Lorde etc,…
why would anyone take student loan advice from Chyna?
Serious journalist=must be ugly. Got it.
How long before it’s announced that Tomi Lahren is replacing her and becoming Fox’s #1 blonde?
I’m a state employee, and it waffles. Do something good like after 11/9? Yay Cuomo! After this, Boo Cuomo! He’ll do something good, more Yay Cuomo!
If you’re not looking back, may I suggest you look forward? Get involved on the local level, run for city council or school board, or get involved in the campaign of someone who you respect on the local level. If you feel voting is unproductive, there are other ways to be involved and make a difference in politics.
What? And miss out on the spectacle of Joe and Mika sporting flannel pajamas while talking about nuclear weapons?
There’s probably room for a currying-favor pun in there somewhere, and when I figure it out, I’ll send it over with an express couric-ier
Fair enough.
no
Wouldn’t it have been easier and possibly more uplifting to publish the very short list of men who took responsibility for their bullshit? I realize it would be a short article, but we kind of already know who the assholes are.
When is this guy getting a cabinet position in the Trump administration?
I agree—no more over 70 candidates—-(and I’m old).
I mean Dubya* relied on Cheney to run everything, and that worked out great for everyone.
