As someone who grew up in Columbus, I am curious what nefarious Ford dealer you are talking about.
The last Subaru CVT I drove, making a 3 point turn required counting 3 Mississippi each change between D and R.
I really liked Lincoln using new bands to cover classic songs.....probably the best way I can think of to attract old and new customers without turning them away.
Works if you are previously an Amazon Student ($50 prime). I was pleasantly surprised.

Hard to believe it ended production in 2012 when Lexus is still using it in TV advertisements. Toyota ads excel at skewing the truth to the unsuspecting consumer; “Grounded to the ground!”
I don’t think they need to go that deep into value, Volvo is a Luxury/Near-Luxury brand that you can be prouder of owning than a *cough* Hyundai.
Volvo should offer a more compelling value by simplifying and including more in the trim/options of their cars (like Jaguar). They should be the pragmatists luxury car, where buying a $35k sedan you get enough standard features to feel good about what you bought. It shouldn’t be turning a $35k car into a $45k car…
Less junk from Nissan’s moribund truck division, along with the Armada, Titan, and Frontier. Call it a “Lost Decade” for their truck development....more engineering resources to make a convertible crossover no one wanted.
Did the same thing and would be hard pressed to actually pay for the phone on top of the plan now...
