So now that the Patriots have released their response to the report, have you read that? Think it is still clear that Brady is implicated?

As far as it clearly implicating Brady, I think there's still questions. Is it more probable than not, sure, but I think you could come to that conclusion before any investigation was started.

Sorry, I don't have time to read 243 pages. If that's what it says, then clearly it seems he did something to them. I think its a stretch to say Brady knew anything about it though. Maybe the balls were at 13.5 psi and he was trying to get them to 12.5 psi. Maybe he was trying to get them to 11. Regardless, it

Um.. no, perhaps he needed to pee in the toilet. Is that not possible? I mean once he gets out on the field, it may not be so easy for him to do that. I haven't read the entire report - I assume this was a question he asked and he had an answer? They couldn't even prove the balls had actually been tampered with -

I don't know - maybe he had to go to the bathroom? For all we know this has happened before with other teams.

I really don't get your first question - Tom likes the ball softer - often they will need to be deflated to get them to that point. It's not clear from the texts if the goal was to intentionally deflate them below regulation.

Exactly - and Wells made sure to not give the Patriots or Brady ANY benefit of the doubt when writing the report - every chance they got, they made sure to not give them any benefit of the doubt. You could read many things two different ways - they made sure to always read it in a way that made their case.

When did he say to tamper with equipment - They joked about over inflating the balls. And if the balls are over 12.5 psi, guess what you have to do to get it to 12.5.. Still thinking?… it's called deflate them..

If it had clear evidence, they would have used stronger words than "more probable" or "generally aware". They also would have said with more certainty that the balls were actually tampered with - even that wasn't proven.
