A PSA to all non-citizens: DO NOT LEAVE the country. At least not now. There are already verified reports of people denied re-entry into the US despite having the proper documentation. I would extend that warning even to people who are not from the countries listed.

Also, to be clear, there is a generational split within the Cuban American community. The older generation is still mad about Kennedy/Castro. The younger generation is majority Democrat and little different than any other group of that persuasion.

Well as a Cuban-American I am disgusted by his actions. Goodness, I was a child when we came to the US but even I remember the oppression so you would think this moron would see the parallels. I heard him speak for a few minutes on CNN and he sounded like a lapdog - pathetic.

Well, until literally a week or so ago, they didn’t get sent back if they made it here, so they were “special” and most of them got to be “white.”

There really does seem to be so many Republicans and an insane amount of hate towards refugees in the Cuban American community in Florida....I’m in Oklahoma, can someone explain this to me?? Second off, no one’s fighting against deporting undocumented people who are found guilty of murder. Nearly every sanctuary city I’m aware of has said they’ll fully comply for people convicted of series crimes.
