@sharma55: I thought it was out, but I might be thinking that it's in the JP PSN store, and that it is only playable on the PS3, not the PSP.

@TimeNeverRests (PS1): With the PS1 games on the PSN, you could map some, not all, of the buttons because the games originally use L2R2 buttons that PSP doesn't have. So that makes sense. But since Peace Walker already has the control set for the PSP, having more buttons on the DS3 doesn't mean you could use them.…
