Yes, because of the promo video for Street Fighter IV. I'm sold on the street fighting aspect of Street Fighter.

While I think any time is a good time to get a PS3, I got one of the old models recently at a discount when the new model came out. Those are the best times to get them.
I love how you actually do fight in the streets, and if the lady in the video reacts like the way my friends do, she'd slam her 3DS on the floor and rage quit that train.
