Jaguar did build convertibles direct from the factory and that looks like one of the early targa convertibles.

London cab drivers have to “Be on The Knowledge”. This is a process that takes roughly two years to undergo, whereby a prospective London cab driver must demonstrate that they know their city inside, outside and backwards.

I got 54/80.  The geography ones really killed me because unless I’m looking at a map I’m not familiar with NYC at all.  The traffic rules were easy, they’re pretty much standard everywhere.

Perfect car for A Nice Morning Drive.

You’ll need a place to store it. Does your uncle have a country place that no-one knows about? Was it a farm that existed before the motor law?

The brashness of the Chinese copycats is amazing.

Slappa dat bass MON!

That is very possible. I dont remember what the trim level of the older Corolla I was mentally comparing it to was, but it is possible it was bougier. My work had a Camry which wasnt too bad. Maybe that is a bit more up spec’ed

NO MORE SLIDESHOWS?!?!?

Pretty much any Jeep product that isn’t Wrangler-based. If you’re not driving a Jeep for the iconic look or decent offroad prowess, their whole SUV+CUV lineup is gussied-up, questionably reliable FCA products with steer-and-pray chassis tuning at eyewatering prices.

I’m holding out for a Shinkansen model train that runs at full speed.

Hiding. Besides my wife and child, there are 4 other adults and 3 children who spent the night here at my house. There are 5 more on their way from the hotel. They are all in-laws. We were up until 2:00 last night playing Christmas games my wife and her SIL found on YouTube. I can smell the chorizo my wife is cooking

I've owned two ex rentals. Both were rock solid the whole time I had them. If Hertz was offering as good a deal on something I actually wanted I'd take it.

It’s nothing like that at all. Germany has fully renounced the Nazi’s, has laws against it, made apologies, and in the past 80 years has shown a march towards progress. That is such a tired, played argument it barely elicits ever this basic response.  Elon Mush is happening right fucking now.

I’m not as paranoid about rental cars are most people here are. And Teslas are pretty simple to operate and I’m not sure you can really abuse one outside of actually wrecking it.

My reconstructed 2000 Triumph Sprint ST that I converted to naked many years ago hasn’t started in over 2 years, and I need to get it running again. No idea what the problem is, but I’ve rebuilt it several times and may need to do it again.

Track time and Alaska time

Once I get the Monster serviced and ready I’ll run that and the Livewire on track. The Neon and the 911 will also both get some time at speed. It’s been too long since I had a good track day.

The Cayenne should be ready for a trip to Denali in the summer.
