Pretty much every modern sedan would be improved by making them into a wagon. The last sedan I owned was a 1993 Oldsmobile Delta 88, and that at least had a decent trunk opening. Modern sedans have a very short trunk with a narrow opening that makes getting luggage in and out an inconvenience. The modern Toyota Camry…
I was getting nervous. The slideshow as getting reeealll close to the end before I saw The Eliminator.
The Cadillac Lyriq. It’s literally a wagon, it just needs to be a few inches lower.
They already did it and it was amazing. The Chrysler LX platform. The Magnum was probably the most underrated car of the 2000s era. And I wish idiots in my town hadn’t hit my wife while she was driving ours. It was such a great car.
The Dodge Charger - BRING BACK THE MAGNUM, you cowards.
Let’s see, a 30 (or up to 80) km long tunnel in Toronto couldn’t possibly be affected by the flooding we saw on so many streets this summer could it? Also Ford said that they were experts in tunneling. This is what expertise looks like:
This is the same idiot that very recently said that homeless people should just get off their ass and fill out an application for a job when asked about the insane cost of housing in Toronto and the lack of affordable housing units.
A Toronto Star report uncovered that a change in the extension’s route put the two new stations on land owned by Ford government backers, sheltering their surrounding luxury condo developments from billions in taxes.
The fact that it’s in a peninsula right between some major shipping arteries probably has something to do with it as well.
I’m pretty sure the 401 isn’t the widest highway in North America. It is the busiest though, and by a wide margin.
I’m not a native Torontonian, but I do make it across the falls and up that way a couple times a year.
It doesn’t need to be said that Doug Ford is an absolute idiot, but it’s always worth saying.
The 401 tunnel’s eastern end would be in Brampton or Mississauga near the airport, with the western end in Scarborough or Markham.

I can’t believe there’s not more discussion here. A couple of thoughts off the top of my head: The Beastie Boys: Sabotage. Stone Temple Pilots: Interstate Love Song. Fastball: The Way.
