Ha! Good point on the dinner. And ITA, the Crosby & Camille scene was one of the highlights.

Nobody's mentioned Camille's role in this episode much. I didn't see it at all as a power dynamic. This season so far has Camille trying to reinvent her life - a world traveler, painter, less roots and house cleaning. This episode has her glimpsing of what that fate actually looks like, though. A condo in the city

Cracking me up.

Most of this episode seemed contrived. It wasn't a buildup of longstanding issues. They created fake, stupid issues to fuel a fake, stupid fight. Amber goes home high when she's looking for a fight and lashing out, not when her & Drew are just bumbling fools. Julia's entire line didn't make any sense. The only line

Yes, it is implied sentiment and there must be a legal document. Most people who take the idea of godparents seriously account for this. If/when they make a living will or other guardianship papers the godparent is usually appointed.

As a person of "Faith", I'm less offended by the portrayal of a family that is actively agnostic/atheist/whatever than I am by portraying a religious rite as something trivial and to be done out of tradition. The parents aren't even standing up for raising their child how they want! I guess that says more than

I'm waiting for them to start working through it, fully or partly, and then the reveal that Julia had dinner with that guy!
