As another commentator says re the Turkeys in a hotel room.. that money would be better spent on helping the homeless. I'm guessing maybe $400 cost bloody hell that would set me up for a few months bills and start to get some savings. Why the bloody hell are Turkeys in a hotel room?

I have no savings, it's a juggling act with bills and food, what reality are these people living in? Here in the U.K people struggle to have savings. I'm buggered if I have an emergency.

I actually felt queasy reading the description, and you guys think English food is weird.

Looked at catinaflat will try tailster as well. Thank you :)

That's so kind of you, thank you. Unfortunately I live just outside Portsmouth and am meant to be going to London for Christmas.

Aw thank you for saying if you was near you'd drop in, I'd do the same if I saw the same dilemma. I'm going to have a look at a link another jezz sent. It looks reasonably priced which Is good because I don't have spare money. My Ollie is 14 and I wouldn't leave him alone for that long.

My son lives 85 miles away, which doesn't sound far. Problem being I'm meant to be going by coach and tube. Public transport basically stops in the U.K for 2 days, so one day isn't doable.

Thank you I'll have a look through those, they seem reasonably priced.

Thank you. I completely understand my Ollie is 14 and I wouldn't feel happy leaving him for that long either.

I love your cat updates. Thank you for doing them.

Big hugs fellow Jezz. I hope everything goes well with your dad. x

Hi Jezzies, bloody hell SNS is getting earlier, normally in the U.K I don’t get to read until Sunday. On the flat from hell escape I'm moving up the list quite quickly so pleased on that count. On the other hand trying to avoid anything Christmas related. I'm meant to be going to my sons and his girlfriends for

Ah ok, the houses in the background of your picture looked standard British. :)

Are you in England?

It is perfectly delicious with a bit of pepper. Also over in the U.K we stuff our turkey with sausage meat, now that's proper stuffing. :)

Lol just realised my typo. Now zombie Trump is the stuff of nightmares.

Pepper for me.

I will be the first to let you know if things go bad.

His eyes wide with shock, he unleashes a bloodcurdling shriek. Despite distant vestiges of normality – two figures upon the bridge, a boat on the fjord – everything is suffused with a sense of primal, overwhelming horror. Pretty apt description of how Trump makes me feel.

Maybe if he gets covered in water he’ll melt like the witch in the Wizard of Oz? I literally hate every single thing Trump stands for. He is a disgrace.
