Ha! I burst out laffing yesterday when I heard it was going to be cloudy here in Indianapolis.

It’s going to be 90+ degrees here & high humidity, and cloudy. We have about 90% totality for 3 minutes at 2:30 ish. It starts at 1 and ends around 3:40. I have no idea who is standing out in our parking lot for 3.5 hours, but it sure as F isn’t me.

I was just telling a friend that those pics of Kate & Leo esp the one with their arms around each other, seem to me to be more than just “close friends”.

I can eat eggs, but the only soy I use is in the creamer for my coffee, so not too much. I just realized almond butter was another downfall, so I’ve sadly let it go. I keep sprouted grain bread around I’m trying not to eat it too much but sometimes a piece of avocado toast as a snack.

I do this all the time. I mean I’ll say bye to the hosts but I don’t stand around blubbering. And sometimes I do just leave. Bless my Irish genes.

I think a lot of the success of eating “clean” or whatever anyone cares to call it is figuring out what your body processes and what it doesn’t.
