I would just like to know who the HELL thought this was a good finale for the game? I went through the same problems you did good sir and found myself feeling cheated by the ending. I didn't even get to KILL him myself. The game just took over and did it for me. I wanted an epic fight between Connor and his father

If it does play like Monster Hunter RPG fusion, they just got money thrown at them.

I also have a suggestion for a future game. I know this is well outside you guys hands but maybe you could pass it along. I think the Navel combat in this game was epically well done and deserves its own game to truly grow and shine. Any chance you guys could start a IP dealing with pirates and such using a more

Hello, I'd first like to commend the team on making a fairly good game but I do have a question. What was the driving force behind the decision to not have Connor and Haytham have a massive, epic battle to end all battles? To me, the fight with Haytham felt rushed and unsatisfying as the rest of the game was building

It saddens me that Breath of Fire only has 15 to its name. Great series that you Capcom bastards let die. And HOW in the HELL did Ghosts'n Goblins surpass Onimusha? I'm not saying Ghosts is bad or anything, but when was the last time you actually saw Arthur in his own game and not bouncing around in some other game?!

Ahh the wonderful double standard rears it's ugly head once again.

They forgot an adorable creature, a.k.a. Moggles or Chocobo or some such thing. Every FF that didn't have that wasn't really that good.

I got 6 words for ya: "SHOW ME YOUR SOUL RISK BREAKER!!"

There's something special about a dude dressed as a clown that goes through and systematically grows strong as you grow stronger, ticks you off with each and every movement he makes and yet, terrifies you the moment you hear his laugh. Yes dear people, Kefka will always hold a place in my heart and thus, FF6 itself.

Yea...this is on the list. Good post sir, good post.

This post needs to stay up for the rest of the holiday season JUST because of Mr. J being the cover pic. Classic.

While I don't believe you are wrong with your analysis, in the end it is that illusion that makes many rpgs great. If you broke down any game to its core parts, most are fairly linear but it is a matter of how that linearity is handled that makes or breaks a game. With XIII, there was no illusion or attempt there off.

Then they'd call the game Boxer's Creed or something. hehhe

I can understand where you are coming from Lovebeast but sometimes its not that simple for people who enter the service. Some people do enter service for fear of losing what they love and have worked hard for. Granted, in todays world it's hard to find a large amount of people like this but they do exist. A soldiers

I've never said this to another man before but...dammit I love you sometimes Mr Schreier. Each week you come here and post up what I've been thinking for about a few months now. Just... you say it a lot nicer and people will actually listen to you.

I remember one of the Tenkaiichi's(sp) actual making intelligent strides to correct this sort of problem. They had a system in there where you could find/buy items/abilities/attacks and augment the character to where you could make someone useless like Yamcha or Krillian actually be feasibly strong enough to beat SSJ

Yea, probably named the wrong game. Sorry bout that. It was the one on Gameboy where you launch him and it would extend/change the dance depending on how high you shot him.

The simple fact that they had to pull this... THIS of all things to try and get people not to vote for her must mean that she's pretty damn clean everywhere else in her life. I mean honestly... ITS A GAME. Everyone says stuff in games and on forums that they know they wouldn't say/do in real life. That's why its

I can't find a good pic of it, but I also love Gen from Saga Frontier. Regardless of how easy or hard the fight, Gen believes every victory deserves a drink...or 20. How can you argue with that?
