I feel like this is perpetually the question of the day. We are a two car family. One ICE and one EV. We make a million allowances for ICE vehicles because that’s our habit. EVs have different inconveniences. For some people those are legitimate deal breakers, for most people at this point they are preferential

Pros:
- The remote is Apple’s most successful device at curbing screen time.
- Excels at hiding in dimly lit rooms
- Has the same usefulness no matter which end you’re pointing at the tv

Cons:
- Can be confused with a traditional remote by new users
- No magsafe wireless charging
- No pro version... yet

I mean, they’re basically all Virtual Trucks at this point.

So basically the hum to search feature is more accurate than searching the actual song title in YouTube Music.

Microsoft:

Agreed. It is annoying that Google doesn’t support Apple Music, or Amazon doesn’t support any of Google’s music services of the day, but they have enough other options for it to be forgivable. Apple doesn’t have that luxury.

Honestly this is Microsoft Teams’ greatest strengths. For companies (like the one I work with) that are all or mostly in on Microsoft 365 everything is one place. Even if none of it is the best, I basically can get by one with 2 apps. Plus when Microsoft goes down, it is basically like a snow day!

I don’t really know how big Rhode Island is.

I have an i3 REX (2016) and a 50 mile commute when I was in an office. It has been great so far EXCEPT the 12v battery died and the car basically locks up. Apparently they are only good for 4-5 years-ish. You can replace it yourself but the computer needs to be reset. I towed it to the dealer and the whole process was

I think to solve the charging station issues, large cities should lean into their first love... parking meters. Electrify parking meters, add apps with advertising for local businesses within walking distance of the meter and pay to charge instead of pay to park. Add different rates for off peak hours and discounted

I know that this isn’t really an EV crowd yet (with the exception of the Elon fanboys), but there are a few things going for this:
1. Teslas hold their value extremely well. Like their stock price, the used market is unusually high. If you bought this car, drove it for a year, kept it in shape, you could sell it a year

I have the MX Anywhere 2S and it has convinced me that no one at Apple actually uses a mouse. Their trackpads are great, but the mice are in every way worse.

I think you should buy the chair if for no other reason than to try and rehabilitate it. Society is at least partially to blame for it, so we have a responsibility to make things right.

Their algorithm is extremely good. In theory someone else could replicate that but if it were easy, Facebook, Twitter, et al would have done so already. It is similar to why Google is still the dominant search engine. Despite its many flaws it still has the best algorithm.

Neutral: I was also in Kent, Ohio as a school photographer. It was at an elementary or private school, though. I just remember there being a lot of younger kids and parents picking them up and debates about whether to have the tvs on with kids around.

Neutral: My list of vehicles that should be electric -
1. Miata - the answer to everything. I’m not saying ALL Miatas should be electric so put away your pitchforks. Just an option.
2. Any station wagon - The easiest way to make all wagons performance wagons is to give them instant torque. Plus many wagons are used for

There was a range jump between the 2016 and the 2017 model years. So 2017 on up typically goes for over $20k with comparable mileage. I don’t think these are screaming good deals considering LA is probably the most saturated market in the US for i3s, but they aren’t overpriced either.

OK, he’s finally convinced me. I guess we should start protecting monuments.

One of the biggest challenges with that is current truck styling. It heavily features giant grills. Ford et al are probably pushing trucks with giant grills to hold off the coming electric truck adoption.
