When you lead your entire life without consequences because the culture tells you your gender and skin color is superior, just “naturally” superior...well, then you never grow. You never get compassionate, because other people don’t matter. They’re less important than you. You don’t get much smarter, because you are

Rule #1. Treat others kindly.

I totally agree with you, but will repeat what a Jezzie said months ago about Andrea Tantaros. It really pisses me off that these women smirked and questioned other women who came forward regarding sexual assault, sexual harassment or domestic violence. However, thanks to feminists who have worked tirelessly for

Kind of rich coming from a woman who spent many years working for a network whose bread and butter is demeaning and doubting women and minorities re: accusations. No one deserves that treatment, but she didn’t just not reveal her own treatment, she actively made it harder for other women.

James Buchanan? Whose Presidency preceeded the Civil War?

Let’s note the very different takes from Jezebel on two very similar events here. Amy Schumer mocks Trump at a show and gets positive coverage; Dave Chapelle mocks Hillary at a show and gets negative coverage.

The Preakness is like this if the dress code was wife beaters, cargo shorts, and high school equivalency diplomas.

All I’m sayin’ yo.

nah

she. was. wearing. filthy. ass. clothes. and lipsynced. almost. every. word.

I get the idea that punching up is better than punching down. However, you’re really saying it’s okay to fat shame a dude, who is probably very insecure about his weight, by telling him he completely undesirable just because women get that kind of thing much more than men? That seems bizarre.

Any reasonable person would think they were in extreme danger in that situation.

If by all visual accounts from a certain distance the gun looks real (and to the extent the illustration above is accurate, it looks pretty real to me), how does one “confirm” it’s real other than to wait for the perpetrator to shoot at you?

The cops risk enough harm as is

You wouldn’t be saying that if your spouse or other loved one was an officer.

It’s amazing to me how often black children “point weapons at cops” and are murdered and how often white children “possess weapons in confrontations with police” and survive.

You’re basically saying that if you’re a suspect police can justifiably kill you. Maybe you should think a little harder on that one.

Umm that is absolutely false.
