I’ll agree, but only because I think a 130k RS4 is going to be CP at any price.

It’s won’t be a crazy/stupid idea AFTER they have 700mph pods, but before? Yeah.

All I want is something legitimately fun to drive with either a bed that can hold a motorcycle or a receiver beefy enough for a motorcycle hitch carrier.

That truck has a whole lot of money in it’s suspension... It’s not a mall crawler with a 3" lift and the biggest tires that will fit.

BUT HOW WILL PEOPLE KNOW I’M A MANLY MAN IF I DRIVE A MINIVAN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Agreed. I’m of an age where I remembered when the name “Impala” would either conjure images of a six-four, or LT1 powered Impala SS’s of the mid 90's.... Then the 2000's came around and GM slapped an Impala badge on this:

Cars that are enjoyable on back roads are the ones that are engaging and fun to drive at 5/10's.

Lotus’s are driver’s cars. I understand the need for EV’s and their ability to put down numbers, but I have a hard time imagining an electric car that I’d genuinely enjoy taking down a twisty back road.

Most bikes do if the kickstand is up and the clutch is pulled in. It’s nice to have the ability to start it in gear if you kill it a stoplight so you don’t look like a total knob fumbling with the shifter before you can restart it..

That won’t be a popular take, but I’ll agree it’s not THAT stupid when done in remote locations late at night.

Engineers: Okay, with CAFE standards being what they are, we’re going to have to go to an aluminum bed.

I don’t have any really strong feelings on the issue one way or the other, but proposing the death penalty under the guise of being “pro-life” is peak irony.

OP: I need a car that comes with 2 pedals.

Yeah... That is not a handsome car. If I’m dropping a million bucks on an Aston Martin that’s just going to sit in my garage, it’d better damn well be pretty.

Yeah, but my inner ass-hat needs to point out that people really aren’t collectibles. In fact that practice has pretty much been banned by most countries.

I’ll still watch TG America when it comes out.

That sounds hard. Personally, I’m getting a net gun.

...And all through the land, nary a fuck was given

I’m not 100% sure this is true or not, but I remember hearing a story where a jogger dropped dead of a heart attack in the middle of a park. All he had on him was his car keys, so the police went and found which car the keys went to and got his ID from the registration.
