No idea... though I’d wager the volume of coolant is a lot smaller than you’d deal with in an ICE car.
If the condenser is attached to the radiator like they do in ICE cars, it’d absolutely reduce the effectiveness of the radiator, but if you need/want coolant to be cooler than ambient temps, I don’t know of any solutions that’d be better. *shrugs*

In my opinion, THOSE are the cars that should be in museums. Cool desirable cars will be preserved or eventually restored by the masses or moneyed enthusiasts because they’re... well... cool and desirable.

Today, trucks are body on frame (Honda Ridgeline notwithstanding) and cars are unibody. The B-pillar plays a much more important role in a unibody vehicle’s structure.
