Even his role in Michael Mann's Collateral (2004) was an actual character and Cruise changed his appearance (and hair!) to look the part, something he doesn't seem to do these days.

Felt like a filler episode, but there was some good stuff in there as always with this show.

This show is so much more enjoyable than either Fear… or The Walking Dead for me. Characters are better, scenarios are better each week, it's highly inventive. The other shows pale in comparison.

Very solid pilot. As a fan of the original movie, this was nicely done. Certainly higher quality story and feel than Timeless.

That was my major gripe with this pilot. I was watching the clock and there was so much packed into and skimmed over in the first 10 minutes. They had a hook, why not spend a little time introducing the concepts and characters, build up to something? The ending with its altered history got me intrigued though…

This show has a better core cast than either of the Walking Deads.

Appropriate that Zorn's ex-wife has a voice that sounds like Skeletor…

Sounds like The Simpsons for the past 16 or so years to me.

It's the first thing I think of whenever this movie is mentioned.

The correct line is: "THAT's a knife."

I enjoy this show far more than TWD. The characters are so much better, each episode moves along at a good pace, and it's so unpredictable.

Why not both? Two good shows.

Yes, also watched Red Dwarf XI… It was pretty dreary for me. Lazy scenario, not many jokes, weak jokes. The show hasn't been funny since series 6. Doug Naylor cannot carry this show's writing by himself, that much is certain.

It'll be a surprise if Lethal Weapon gets a second season. Based on the pilot alone it feels awfully similar to all those other network shows (quirky police procedural).

To be honest, I'd forgotten about his character till that moment.
