Hell, I look forward to new episodes of Z Nation more than TWD.

Now. You're looking at now, sir. Everything that happens now, is happening now.

He's right though. A lot of movies don't have properly written characters; they're just cardboard cutouts most of the time to service the basic story and action.

If you rate the new Ghostbusters higher than the original and don't understand Winston's character, there's no hope for you.

History begs to differ.

Ghostbusters 2016 is an excruciating abomination of a movie. Everyone involved should be ashamed.

Please get rid of the video sidebar on these pages. Can't stand autoplaying videos stealing my bandwidth.

Stunt casting if there ever was.

I like the idea of a show like this set in 1989, but there are a lot of mistakes and anachronisms. And to be honest, while the characters and flashbacks are okay, the supernatural stuff is boring.

References are OK, but recycling dialog and scenes verbatim comes across as pure writing laziness and pretentious winks to audiences.

Or Detroit.

Have you actually seen the new Treks?

That dialog, and the moments leading up to it, is fucking great. How can you compare the scripts from those movies to the dumb shit written for the new Treks?

The only complaint has been the bungled Blu-ray Director's Cut release recently. There'd be no complaints about the quality of the film itself.

Sounds like the plots to 90% of The A-Team.

If I didn't read up on the comic source and its characters I'd have no idea what this show is about or where it might be going, and I might not be bothering to watch new episodes.

Agree on all that, especially about John Clare. They definitely rushed the ending of this season/show because of cancelation.

Cheers, Ben!

I purposely watch stretches of WWW whenever it happens to be on free TV as a reminder how awful big blockbuster movies can be. It's a loathsome, offensive movie, yet I can't look away…

Made it through five episodes and got tired of wild coked-up Richie and the dull story lines.
