hard to imagine too many avc writers crowing about that 2009 choice. that album was disposable as hell
something tells me that Heisenberg didn't fail to make some waves in the underworld by offing Gus. I can't help but think he won't need to find a distribution network, so much as the distribution network will feel the need to find him.
hey guys, how about the second episode of Analyze Phish?
i dig the report between nick and sarah. i have to say i really do not care for dan mangan one bit, though

would either mode fit this video?
I'm Fred Thompson, and I approved this message.
Who charted was hilarious this week, definitely best-worthy.
"the cover version of the Allman Brothers' "Jessica" (the greatest song ever recorded after the Allman Brothers' "Blue Sky" and the Allman Brothers' "Melissa")"
Speaking as someone who knows about Phish but had never listened to them before…jesus CHRIST they are horrible. I thought Scott was pulling a lot of punches. I guess they're competent instrumentalists, but even that seems like a little much - you can hear them struggling just to find an improvisational groove in a lot…
Can anyone figure Matt Besser out? Is he just playing the show super straight? It's really hard to square the Earwolf Challenge Matt with the amazing iBrain Matt.
Aukerman is certainly not as laugh-out-loud funny as most of his guests, most of the time. I really like what he brings to the show, though. He's got a certain geniality that makes him seem like a ringmaster or a late night host, and I find it endearing and a pleasure to listen to.
Yep, phone call scene was what put it over the edge for me as well.
i once got so high that marijuana prohibition briefly made sense to me
I am proud to say
That I actually sort of know Steve DeAngelo, as well as some other folks at Harborside, and he is a really great guy. He has the classic 'hippie' look, it's true, but that guy is razor sharp, and a very effective spokesperson for sensible marijuana law reform. Really looking forward to this show.
Destroyer
I think Dan Bejar's Destroyer passes the test, as long as you love 'This Night'. In fact that actually gives him six albums running, from Streethawk to Kaputt.
Earwolf seems to have rolled it out very quietly, it's possible AVC didn't know about it in time. One more exhibit in the case of "Scott Aukerman secretly being actually really pissed at Matt Besser for his shenanigans, and not just joking"
beat me to it. incredible episode, very surprised it didn't appear here given hanson's connection to the website.
i'm cut in half pretty bad
