What a bizarre and inexplicable inconsistency, to be excited about something when it’s announced yet feel disappointed when actually watching and reviewing it! Even worse, I hear that sometimes different people write different things for the same website?!? I hope someone got fired for that blunder!!!

“Do You Get It. Do You Understand It. It’s An Allegory About Climate Change. This Is An Allegory About Climate Change. Do You Get It Now.”

This is a bad take.

I wish I liked Saint Maud. The first half was excellent, but starting from when they directly cribbed the most famous scene from The VVitch it was just a downhill slide. I was rolling my eyes by the end, which is one of the worst things you can say about an “elevated horror” or whatever the term is now.

The one thing getting in the way is the strong Laura Prepon vibes.

I’m going to give Karolina some points for being supercompetent, hot, and probably not so evil, considering the show doesn’t focus on her much.

Well, I guess I don’t want Carruth to make another movie after all.

Multiple people with great senses of humor can find different things funny. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

“Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows. Mu-ha-ha-ha!”

Similarly, I don’t know why you’re so certain that no one (or few others) could do what Serkis or Jones did in those movies. But I would agree that those roles are challenging, and those performances are impressive.

...am I missing something here? I’m not saying she isn’t a great voice actor but this article (and especially the headline) reads like voice acting is this impossibly amazing thing, rather than something that quite a few people not only do well but make careers out of.

And Dolores is all seeing, knowing, and indestructible, able to manipulate all situations. I didn’t mind this in the season’s first episodes, partly because those shows were good, but now am thinking there are no emotional and dramatic stakes for the character if she can do anything and survive.

...and they didn’t even lean into that ‘flourish’ - they really half arsed it!

My God, was that boring! How many more times do we have to see perfect Terminator-Dolores effortlessly kill bad guys in a futuristic city? What is interesting about that? And Jessie, (Oops, “Caleb”), being high as a kite the whole time? Whoopee, what fun!

I’d argue that whatever impediments I felt while playing Doom Eternal were usually on me as a player and not on the game itself.

It offers you a sometimes overwhelming bevy of options that you can choose to use strategically or haphazardly. If you’re approaching those fight arenas in a state of adrenaline-fueled

You do look strange without your beard.

Based on their behavior, they were really “Badfellas.”

As of press time, Tyson was overheard workshopping his “Why do they call it Ovaltine? The mug is round, the jar it comes in is round; they should call it Round-tine” material.

I don’t respect that.

That's the point lol
