I think it fits in the Majora’s Mask Timeline, if you look in the map around Zora’s Domain all places are named after an importan Zora character, for example Princess Ruto, but if your look closely you will see the names Mikau and Lulu, they only exists and do something important in the Majora’s Mask timeline
