One my favorite seemingly lesser known kitchen tools is the flat whisk. It’s much easier to clean than a baloon whisk if you’re mixing betters or doughs, it takes less storage space than a balloon whisk and it’s almost as effective at whipping egg whites as a balloon whisk.
